The unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

At 1.15am we woke to the sound of breaking glass, shortly accompanied by the smell of smoke as the unit with which we shared a wall went up in flames. We should have been woken by our smoke alarm, but the investigator the next morning discovered that there was no battery in it. Had the noise not woken us and then my unease at (at that stage) the slight smell of smoke, the outcome could have been very different for us. The power to the unit failed before we were fully out.

Thank you to Yuki 😊from office who worked on restoring our netflix for over an hour after I somehow pushed a wrong button😳 and turned our heat pump on so the room was lovely and warm when we arrived back from dinner😊

The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. Love the location and minutes away from the gas station, supermarket and restaurant. Japanese restaurant I would highly recommend to eat at.
