The location is good. The room is clean. The staff is responsive and helpful timely. Free parking is available.

We did not cook. But if you intend to do it, please consider as they will charge for extra cleaning fee if you cook seafood, curry or smelly food. There is no ventilation and the kitchen/stove is very close to the bed so it is not good. The wall sockets are in the middle of under-bedhead, no reading lamp, so not convenient if you want to read before bedtime or to charge the phone. Wifi is not good enough, mostly out or slow, not suitable for business.

We had a late check in. Although we didn't see staff, we were welcomed in by having our room light on and heater on when we arrived. Communication online was excellent. We would choose to stay here again.

The spa bath really did look like the picture, but I would say that the picture would be very dated. The picture was definitely the same room that I stayed in, but in reality it looks quite different.

Everything could have been better! Collected my key when I got there, it was in an envelope taped to the Reception Door, when I left I had to drop my key in a safe deposit box again on the side of the Reception area. When I booked through Booking.com I booked an Executive Suite with a Spa Bath, the advert mentioned minibar and bathrobes. There were none to be seen. The whole deal fell very short on what was promised. There was no staff (I saw no one in 2 days) although someone did come and replace the towels while I was out, however, they did not clean while there though. There had been a massive fire there sometime before which had wiped out the whole onsite Manager's Suite. Renovations as it was called on the emails, were more like security fencing keeping you away from the burnt buildings. The Motor Lodge was being used as emergency housing also, these people were stay alongside paying guests. Would I stay there again? No thanks.

Didn't even end up staying - left and found another motel. As soon as we walked into the room, it stunk. Photos on website nothing like rooms, very run down and dirty. Smoke alarm about to fall off ceiling. Windows covered in dirt and handprints, skirting boards covered in filth, floor hadn't been vaccumed. Leather chairs had dried liquids on them, duvet covers stained (didn't even risk looking under them). Hole in the bedroom door, mold in the bathroom. We have a 3 month old and when we walked into the unit we didn't feel comfortable to lay her down anywhere as everything was just dirty Unpleasant wouldn't recommend
