Hotel Schrofenstein

Fine hotel overall. However, they didn’t consistently provide the first rule of hotels, which is to offer guests the opportunity for a good night’s sleep. The maid vacuumed the hallway outside of our room at 6:30 AM for two mornings until we complained (then she stopped). The other problem was the restaurant, which had several things wrong with it. I would rate the restaurant at no more than two stars. It is the weak link in an otherwise solid hotel. The strong link was the front desk, which gets five stars.

The hotel offers an excelent location, clean facilities, comfortable and clean bed, friendly staff, a very wholesome breakfast, a very good price, and free secure parking for bicycles. Overall, excellent. The only negative is that for breakfast we were seated away from the rest of the customers in a reserved table, but the holel manager decided to hold an animated staff meeting in the adjacent room. We would have enjoyed being seating with the rest of the customers.

Sehr kleines Bad.Sehr sehr klein. Für festere Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Halterung für den Duschkopf defekt. Toilette und Waschbecken - Risse im Porzellan. Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück

Übernachtung OK, Preis Leistung ist in den Sommerferien OK, wenn alles teurer ist.

Goed en fijn hotel met zeer prettige bediening. Eten en drinken was goed vrezorgd ook i.v.m. de corona.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The gym was adequate, but the sauna area!!! Amazing!!! Really relaxing and worth while.

ランデック駅からバスで2分、ランデック ツェンドラムバス停より約200mでホテルに着きます レストランのウェイターさんも親切で雰囲気も良く室内も清潔で快適でした、またチェックアウト後の荷物も預かってもらえてフロントの皆さんも優しかったです。 スキーシーズンの常宿で5箇所のスキー場へも無料バスが出ており便利です

Unangekündigt war das Restaurant Bis 16.12. geschlossen, nicht einmal ein Getränk konnte man konsumieren. Lediglich zum Frühstück wurde das Restaurant geöffnet. Das Bad im Zimmer ist äußerst schlicht eingerichtet. Der Check Out ist nicht vor 8:00 möglich obwohl Frühstück serviert wird, hierüber wurde man beim Check in jedoch nicht informiert. Leider enttäuschend
