Good location for wineries

We asked if we could check in early to our 8 person chalet to put food in the fridge. We asked at reception at 11am on the day or arrival. We were told no although our chalet had no people in it previous the night before but we were told we couldn’t check in incase our chalet number may change before the 2pm check in …. Very big disappointment for something that would have made a big difference to us .

The staff and the groundskeeper are always all ways friendly

We stay here whenever we come to Perth. Good for solo travelling or travelling with the whole family. Convenient, clean and staff are lovely.

A great base to explore Swan Valley from. Quiet at night even though the unit was facing the main road. Well furnished unit. Love the beds setup which worked well for my kids. Love the provided parking space right beside the unit.

I wish they had some basic cooking stuff such as oil, salt and pepper. The provided dish detergent and sponge were dismal which made clean up difficult. The walkway into the unit was full of fallen leaves and not maintained which made it difficult to walk. Doors hinges needed oiling as they squeaked at night.
