"Fantastic"

Room was great, breakfast was delicious, Katen and Chris were lovely and welcoming and we will be recommending The Baytree to friends and family, a short walk to the seafront.

"Perfect location and hosts"

Location was perfect and very easy to find, parking was provided and excellent. The hosts were very friendly and on hand if needed. All in all a wonderful stay.

The matress was a little hard for our liking and the pillows, two was too many but one wasn't enough but this did not spoil our stay.
