"Long weekend in Torquay"

The house is beautifully maintained, our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent setting us up for the day. The owners were most helpful , advising us of places of interest. The hotel is in a quiet area within easy walking distance of the main town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Superb quality"

Super friendly from the second of arrival until the very end. The room was everything we expected, being very clean and tidy. Location was close enough to be able to walk everywhere too.

Fantastic breakfast with cereal and nicely presented & delicious fruits and along with a great full English breakfast too, even the small touches like the beans easily pouring from the charming pot container. Addition of the hairdryer was thoughtful for my partner.

"We loved it!"

Just back from a week stay. Super, quiet location but also within a few minutes walking distance from the sea front. Our room was spacious and more than enough storage space, mirrors and lighting to keep us happy. Spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Our check in was smooth, despite us being delayed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. Karen and Chris were great hosts and obviously know what they are doing. A lovely touch was a box of chocolates and card having heard it was our wedding anniversary. So kind.

Absolutely everything ! The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was immaculate and the shower was one of the best I have used. Struggling to find any minus points.

That I had not stayed here before !

5* stay at the Baytree fantastic hosts nothing too much trouble,even to printing off the timetable for the air show. Spotlessly clean,fantastic breakfast. Will definitely return
