We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We would highly recommend it and look forward to staying again.

I was contacted when we arrived home to advise that we needed to pay for our cooked breakfast. When I queried this as the booking stated that breakfast was included. I was told that only the continental breakfast was included and that cooked breakfast was additional charges. Unfortunately this was not made clear on the booking website I wanted to highlight this for future guests as the wording “breakfast included’ could easily be interpreted as including full cooked breakfast. It’s worth being aware that you may still have to pay extra if you choose cooked breakfast.

Nothing. Appalling and rude staff. Not given the accommodation for which I'd booked and paid. Location is typically one of cheap pubs second-hand clothes shops and a long bus ride from the centre. Inconceivable that it could have a 5-star. 98% rating.a truly miserable place to stay.
