Free parking with city about 15 mins walk away. Room big enough and clean & tidy.

On booking breakfast was free, but this turned out to only be continental. Cooked was extra. We agreed 8 am time but staff didn't appear until 8.15, then slow to set up.

Beautiful place and tastefully designed. Great location and free parking allows you to enjoy Chester on foot or the bus goes past the end of the road. Breakfast was delicious, the porridge is great, and the cooked breakfast was also good (£9 surplus, per person per serving)

Double bed seemed a touch small for a 5-star hotel / guest house. Plus the radio was a bit loud from 7am and woke me up but that may have only been our room that is impacted by that as it was at the top of the reception stairs.

The breakfast, in terms of range and quality, was superb. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with the bed in particular giving us an excellent night's sleep. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. The Villa is about a mile out of the city centre so very convenient for visiting in, without it being too busy or noisy. There's also a range of handy shops within walking distance, if needed, and an excellent Chinese restaurant about 5 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend and if/when we're in Chester again, we'll definitely be coming back

Stay was over too soon !!!

The staff were very welcoming and the room was large and spacious. It was located well with nice restaurants nearby.

You can hear alot of noise from other rooms, including wardrobes and TVs.

Staff is always helpful and smiling .
