Staff member (Olivia) was very friendly and allowed me to check in early. Lots of options on the large in-room TV. Everything was clean and tidy with a good-sized bathroom. The place is a little way from the town centre - but that is no problem, as you know that before you book.

Room was a little cluttered, the bed was a little too firm, and there was a hands-off approach to serving breakfast, whereby it was only when leaving that it became apparent that there was a self-service cereal and drinks area - and it was impossible to ask for ketchup etc while eating the cooked breakfast as no staff were to be found.

Happy staff. Very clean accommodation.

Squeaky floorboard above, but understand this can't be helped. It wouldn't stop me staying again. Overall it was a good positive experience

On arrival, we was upgraded to a superior king room, very nice. The lady called Amy was pleasant and nothing to much trouble. 😁

The breakfast was really nice, continental was included but failed to say if you want cooked breakfast you had to pay extra for it. It's not a criticism but should state this.

Good location in Chester within a wonderful neighborhood. Good places to eat within walking distance for lunch/dinner. Quiet & roomy accommodation. Attentive staff.

Parking is tight but manageable.

Nothing that we didn’t like, we just wished there was some more tv options like Netflix etc so there was more options to watch something on an evening

Great location just a short walk into Chester City Centre. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was made from good quality ingredients and the porridge was delicious.

Hadn't expected a supplement for the cooked breakfast - not sure if I missed that on Booking.com

This is a small, neat hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the city centre. Room and breakfast were excellent. Very grateful for Amy on reception who went above and beyond to arrange an urgent taxi for us. Would stay there again.
