"Good"

I liked our room. It was spacious and clean. We also really enjoyed the farm :) All the animals were adorable and had good amenities.The food was very good, both a breakfast and dinner! Thanks a lot for the kids menu:)

Unfortunately, the pool was partially closed, with only the jacuzzi and sauna available. Our main goal was to spend a lot of time there, but we couldn't use it because my toddler wanted to swim and the water was cold. Furthermore, the children's playroom needs renovation or division into two sections. A ping-pong table shouldn't be in the same room where children aged 0-12 are playing, running around and hitting the table, since a lot of toys are placed around this table.

"Good calm gettaway"

Calm gettaway with nice SPA. Good massages. The friendly staff speaks english. Being located on the countryside the landscape around the Hotel is beautiful.

Even though I called ahead and explicitly mentioned dietary requirements in the booking, the breakfast options were not satisfactory. It seems the information was wrong and my request ignored. As it turned out the dietary markings on the restaurant's menu where even wrong or ignored by the kitchen staff. Not acceptable for persons with food allergies. The staff promised to address this problem though.
