Krótko mówiąc zostałam oszukana. Rezerwowałam przez booking nocleg z dwu- miesięcznym wyprzedzeniem, kontaktując się bezpośrednio z hotelem. Miałam wątpliwości jaki rodzaj pokoju mam wybrać, więc skontaktowałam się z bezpośrednio z hotelem- podążałam za instrukcją. W dniu przyjazdu zostałam poinformowana, iż muszę liczyć się z dodatkowa opłata w wysokości prawie 200zl.
