Southernmost House

We went there for our honeymoon! We were in the poolside cabana 103 right next to the pool. Amazing view! I loved all of the roosters and hens. Great drinks and food at the seaside restaurant. Belkis did a great room on cleaning the room. This is truely a great place to stay and we will be back. Pool was quiet and very clean. This place is for people who want peace and quiet vs. a 24/7 party.

Very beautiful place to stay in Key West. Will stay here again if we return.

The historic feel of the mansion makes it quite romantic and quaint. We loved our stay. And the staff was fabulous!

We absolutely loved the Southernmost House! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect, with incredible views and easy access to everything. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The pool was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and every detail was truly A+. We enjoyed our time here so much and can’t wait to come back again. This hotel is a gem—we definitely recommend it!

This was our first visit to Key West. I initially chose this resort due to its view of the ocean, and location/proximity to Duval Street. Our room was on the second floor of the mansion, and was spacious and quiet, furniture was comfortable and beautiful, the view was wonderful. We had a coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator in our room. We had direct access to a porch outside our room. Our room and all common areas were very clean. There is no elevator in the mansion, so we had to use stairs to get to the second story location of our room. We were always offered assistance for anything from moving luggage to arranging transportation. My only (minor) annoyance was the noise from the de-humidifier and a/c. I turned off both at night and the room stayed very comfortable. Parking for the resort is limited, there is a nnightly fee for parking, even for golf carts. I'm glad we rented a golf cart, as getting around Key West in a full-sized vehicle would be difficult. The staff members at the Mansion by the Sea were very accommodating and friendly. We arrived before official check-in, but since our room was ready, they permitted us to check-in. The breakfast buffet was extensive, fresh fruit, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, etc. The cafe next door on the waterfront was great in every way, servers friendly, food delicious. There are many dining options within walking distance. WiFi worked well, as my husband attended a meeting via Zoom and had no issues with connectivity.

It was so quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love this house!

A beautiful location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Air conditioner was perfection. Very convenient to all bars, the ocean and a beautiful pool. Wish I had time to stay the whole week!

a night in paradise. A splurge for me but worth it. Mansion and rooms so beautiful and porches everywhere to relax on , read a book or gaze at the ocean.Don't swim but enjoyed sitting in pool up to my neck in the evening listening to the ocean and walking out on the pier especially after dark when it's kind of mysterious. Breakfast great, took mine out to the porch where a threesome of young chickens settled in a heap nearby to enjoy a spot of sun. Really loved the French pastries but there are healthier selections also. Enjoyed the historic info on the walls.Many famous and infamous characters have also enjoyed a stay here.A magical wonderful stay .
