Southernmost House

Beautiful old home, just needs a little TLC. It’s a great place!

We stayed in the 2 Queen Bed Room in the main house. The room is large ( 500 sq feet) and beautifully furnished. I don't know how big the other rooms are. Everything is excellent. One down side is that there is no elevator. The historic mansion has only 3 floors. The staircase is beautiful. However, If walking upstairs/ downstairs is a problem for you physically, then try to book a room on the 2nd floor or on the ground level.

This place was very clean and staff were all super friendly! Free breakfast till 10am. Water bottles available 24/7 for guests. We had the partial ocean view and it was perfect for my husband and I!

The mansion is beautiful very historic. The staff were so nice and welcoming. We really didn't have to leave the grounds for anything, will be back again!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The house has lots of history and kept traditional to the build period. Staff were faultless, helpful and very friendly. The only very small downside which is nothing to do with the hotel is the occasional smell from a nearby sewage pipe outlet which is too close to the shore! The city need to get this sorted as it is both bad for marine life and the people we saw swimming around it!

Best property in all of Key West! Quaint, wholesome, and comfortable. Will only go back to Key West as long as I can get a stay at the Mansion on the Sea!

Alex, the hotel manager is amazing. we were welcomed immediately. we do not want to forget Catherine > really sweet smile and conversation. We can't say enough about this property. Our room 205 was in the Lopez house. I think this is the BEST room on the property. We had a perfect view of the Atlantic. You can also see the Atlantic, west of the Southernmost point. Fantastic! Very Important, if you want to see who is going in and out of Pocket park, and the Southernmost cafe, this is the place to be. WE WILL BE Back soon. thanks to all of the staff, especially for the most awesome continental breakfast in Key West

The location, staff, and dining was wonderful. When we encountered a minor problem, Alex took care of things immediately. Each staff member we encountered was so nice. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. If you’re looking for lunch or dinner, the cafe had amazing food. You’ve got to try the Street Corn pizza!
