Rixos Premium Tekirova - The Land of Legends

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Tekirova as a large family group (4 adults and 5 children), and I can honestly say it was a wonderful, wonderful experience from start to finish. The room setup was perfect for families. We had spacious rooms with two double beds, and the layout included separate sections within the room, which gave each family their own private space. It made such a difference for comfort and convenience—especially when travelling with children. From the moment we arrived, we also noticed how beautifully clean and fresh everything was. The entire hotel smelled absolutely lovely at all times and was kept spotlessly clean throughout—something that really stood out and made our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious throughout our stay. The buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were incredible, with a wide variety to suit everyone. Breakfast in particular stood out—we especially loved the croissants: the sandwich croissants, and the banana-filled chocolate and pistachio ones were just amazing. The fresh orange juice and chilled apple juice were also so refreshing and perfect for the warm weather. The à la carte restaurants (included in the all-inclusive package) were a real highlight, and the Mermaid Restaurant deserves a special mention. It served us the best à la carte meal of our entire stay—the prawns were absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared. The staff there were so lovely and attentive, and even though it was a cold evening, they thoughtfully provided blankets as we left, which made the buggy ride back feel so cosy and comforting. The only small challenge with the Mermaid Restaurant was getting there. While we were transported by buggy from the hotel, the final stretch of the route was quite difficult to navigate with a pushchair. The road was cobbly and rocky, and it seemed like it may still be under development, so it took a bit of effort to get through. That said, the food and overall experience more than made up for it. Another fantastic highlight was the Rixy Kids Club. Our children absolutely loved it there! We visited a few times during our stay, and each time there was so much for them to do—creative activities, engaging play, and a really fun, welcoming atmosphere. It was such a joy seeing how much they enjoyed themselves. I only discovered after we left that there’s also a farm on site that children can visit, which we unfortunately missed. We were quite sad about that, but it just gives us another reason to come back—next time, the farm is definitely on our list! What truly made the stay special, though, was the staff. Every single member of staff we encountered across the hotel was professional, kind, welcoming, and always smiling. Their warmth and attentiveness really elevated the whole experience. We visited in March, so the weather was a bit up and down, but honestly, it didn’t affect our holiday at all. If anything, going slightly out of season made it more relaxed and enjoyable. A couple of small suggestions for improvement: It would be really helpful to have plastic plates available for children during meals instead of heavy china plates. I did find it quite challenging to get warm milk for my baby. While there was plenty of milk available, there wasn’t an easy way to heat it quickly (no microwave, etc.), which meant a lot of running around and waiting with an impatient baby. A simple solution for warming baby milk would make a big difference for families. Aside from these minor points, everything was amazing. We had such a lovely time, made beautiful memories, and both I and my children are already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommend! 💛

They where very kind and always helpfull

This hotel has the best service that I have experienced in Turkey. The check-in was very easy and honestly, I didnmt have to do anything because as soon as I stepped off my transfer, I didn’t have to touch my luggage and was seated to the lobby. An employee came to us right away, introduced herself and filled the papers herself. We were served drinks roght away and 10 minutes later we got early check-in and our luggage was already in the room. They have Lumin AI-chat, that is very cool and works just fine. You can ask everything about the services, bookings, open-times etc. You can talk to the chat in your own language. We needed an extra blanket and bathrobes since old ones were wet and it was easy to ask it through Lumin app. The food is more than enough and always fresh. A lot of options! There’s heated pool, many bars and many restaurants. Bars serve only premium drinks (Campari, Jägermeister, Red Bull etc). A La Carte restaurants have very-very good service level. Do not to TIP! Also, take some cash to TIP waiters so they will take extra good care of you.

We were extremely satisfied with the hotel. The food buffet was rich and diverse, catering to all tastes. The beverages offered at the hotel were of premium quality and available without limitation. The housekeeping staff were friendly, and the room cleanliness was above standard. Overall, the hotel staff and management were very courteous throughout our stay. I would always be delighted to return and would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This second time for me here and I have a good time the hotel vibes is like you in home , the food and entertainment and facilities were good my kids enjoy the kids club its renewed and everything in is good the activities and the stuff so nice specially sherife and farouk and elham thanks for them .. I tried the anjana spa massage and scrub with aishe its sooo perfect i recommend it !

Everything was amazing, I loved my time. Habeeb, Vedat, and Seval from Starbucks were all amazing and made my time so special. I would definitely like to return again.

We stayed here from 16–19 February 2026 during their first winter opening and it was a remarkable experience. We were given a beautiful room by Mr Habip, and the staff were without exception friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Sevval from the outside coffeebar. Our boys loved her warm and friendly service. Due to bad weather we were only able to swim outside in te heated pool the first twi days. For the rest ofnour stay we mainly relied on the indoor facilities. The indoor pool was small and there was no water slide but this was compensated by the many other (free) entertainment options such as pool tables, PlayStation, various interactive game tables, Rummikub, checkers, and other board games, delicious ice cream, and excellent pastries. The sauna and hammam were a lovely extra for us as parents. The food was of very high quality, with enough variety and was very tastefull, which we found especially impressive for a winter season. The deserts actually tasted as deserts (the baklava was dicious)! The cleanliness really stood out. Even at night, the 24-hour bar was still being cleaned.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. We were truly impressed by every single detail - from the service to the entertainment and the overall atmosphere. It was an unforgettable stay, and we enjoyed every moment of it. We will definitely be coming back again - more than once. A very special thank you to Habib for elevating our experience. He truly made our stay even more special. A special thank you as well to the lovely girls who led the stretching, pilates and yoga sessions every morning. And of course, a little thank you to the sweet cats around the property who happily let us pet them 😁

I stayed at the hotel with my family and absolutely loved the experience. Marina and Habib at the reception and guest relations were incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. This hotel is perfect for anyone who enjoys an active holiday. Anastasia and Sofia led relaxing yet energizing yoga and Pilates sessions every day, making our experience both fun and rejuvenating.
