It was a lovely stay thank you

Was nice rooms but was cluttered with to much useless furnature like book shelves with nothing on them and it didn't leave much room for an open suit case. Also no cloth or dish soap for washing a few dishes by hand so that was a bit of a pain being forced to use the dishwasher for just a few dishes.

It was a comfortable stay although the hotel is away from town and no place to visit nearby but still keeping in view the tariff and the luxury, it is a Decent hotel.

I was very late arriving and the office was closed. There had been arrangements made whereby the security guard looked out for me and provided my key and code. Very appreciative of this service. Also the front reception was very good next morning assisting me with details on how to catch bus to railway station. The breakfast was first class. Would recommend this hotel for any traveller.

Way out of town, mozzie plague, hot with no air con so had to open windows, no outside area or rooftop deck, no pool, no kettle, no shower screen so water went everywhere. Rooms were a good size.

This is a very modest hotel.......a true 3 stars but clean and very quiet. We slept like logs.....staff very nice and friendly...enjoyed it very much

Awful experience! The hotel is designed for casual workers not for those on holiday. No air conditioning, despite temperatures in the summer of 40 degrees Furniture and equipment broken. We had to change our room after the sofa bed broke!

Genuinely awful place. Noisy, hot, unpleasant location, no air-con, window blinds broken, room not serviced... I could go on. This is NOT a hotel. Don't be fooled by the name. Avoid at all costs

This hotel is outside Bordeaux city but only about 10-15 mins by car to the city center. There is a McDonald's and a pizza joint nearby but bear in mind that it's situated in an industrial area and the street is parallel to the highway. If you're unfortunate enough to get a room at the back side of the hotel like we did, you will find the sound of trucks banging several times through the night. There's plenty of parking space, both open air and covered parking. Don't be discouraged by the exterior of the hotel because the rooms are good and clean. I don't think there's airconditioning so it was quite hot at night. The bed was okay, pillow was quite okay too. The foldaway couch was not as comfortable, It was quite nice that there is a separate bedroom for two people. The facilities are good but since we booked for three people, they could have stocked for three. We only had two sets of everything (towels, cutlery, cups, etc. ). The stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher worked very well. There's no dish towel or detergent and rag to wipe off the sink. The bathroom is quite spacious but there is shower curtain or partition so if you take a shower, expect the entire bathroom, and the toilet bowl to get really wet. Hot water is through a boiler. Wifi connection was good. Service is quite good and the reception guy was very helpful and spoke English.

Hotel told us that they had no notification of my booking despite the fact that I had a copy of an email from Hotels.com which confirmed that I had paid for my accommodation. It took them sometime to sort the problem out. In the meantime I was given a key to a room which was on the top floor and when I had taken my luggage to the room it transpired that the key was faulty and I was given another room in another part of the complex.
