Basic room for a good price in a great location.

Ok if you’re a builder working away from home bet do avoid if you’re looking for cleanliness and comfort !!

Hotel rooms are basic and tired. No air con in rooms. But of a bad smell. No shower curtain in bath/shower which was difficult, some fixings broken. Got it cheap and was acceptable for one night. Wouldn’t fancy a longer stay here.

Very run down hotel No air condition. No fans in the room

Very unimpressed with this place mainly due to the lack of air conditioning as it was so hot we had to open a window which let in mosquitos. All in all a very uncomfortable night. We were supposed to stay there again on our return trip but I have cancelled it. Definitely don’t want to stay there again.

Worn out hotel and hotel room. The hall smells awful because of dirty carpets. Outside arena had garbage stacked up in front of entrance. Didn't feel safe. Never again.

Nice area and easily walkable from the Trams. Property conditions leave a bit to be desired when it comes to the rooms, but the bed was comfortable and reasonably clean, quit rooms for the price. Would recommend for an overnight stay, but not longer.

Dirty: hairs on bedsheets, stains on blanket, sink not clean. Malfunction: brokem toilet paper holder, no shower curtain, pull out bed legs broken. Bath towels were like thin rags. Service: POOR! Unapologetic. Made excuses and said they can’t give us another room and housekeepers are gone for the day. Worst experience ever. Tried to cancel second night but Expedia couldn’t reach front desk. Had to suffer another night.

It was nice,rooms are quiet big,not bad at all. Location is good,only 15 min by uber,and takes around €15 Airport only 20 min away.. Overall for the price you pay is brilliant

We have stayed before because we like the location and the apartments are nice. It is a 20 minute tram ride into the centre of Bordeaux. There are also some restaurants nearby for the weary traveller and the lovely lake to walk round. However, our wash hand basin was blocked in the bathroom and there was no-one on duty to fix it. We were offered another apartment, but we were only there for one night and had already settled in. There is a gym which would be great if the equipment was fixed. We would certainly stay again.
