good for the helpdesk they arranged a late check in, the blankets though smelled at tobacco that was the only bad point

Fine for the price. Only used it as a one night stop over. The room can certainly do with a freshen up, which does seem to be happening as there was work being carried out on the building. There were dining options 5-10 mins away, although these are soulless chain restaurants.

Dirty room no cups or cutlery

Clean, newly refurbished room. Excellent value for money, breakfast very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely stay.

Property is filthy inside out! Very unpleasant experience.

Hotel looks great on pictures but actual conditions are horrible. We were 4 couples travelling together and all of us were horrified. The hotel is dimly lit, the carpets are old and stained, the walls are scraped, the furniture are all banged up. It is like a bad dream

Nothing great about this hotel. No Ac can't access the refrigerator. Beds are hard as a rock and the built has a mould smell

The size of the room was great, and the accommodation was bad, but there was so many dirty items specially on the toillet. The cleaning service has to improve.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Could have benefited from air conditioning though, as it was quite warm in the room. Although it was not the hotels responsibility, there was a pile of rubbish on the pavement near the hotel. This was very unsightly, and a health risk. Perhaps something could be done to get it removed?

Very bad hotel, uncomfortable beds, terrible smell of cigarettes, bad reception, bad laundry service, runners' mats in terrible condition, in general the whole hotel needs a remodel, what is paid for the service is not justified bad that they provide.
