The receptionists were helpful and friendly. The parking great and very easy. As a female single traveller, when going out to grab some food in the evening a group of men at the front of the hotel made feel unsafe as they were playing really loud music and staring at me while walking pass them. It was given to me a single studio bedroom for me and my dog, unfortunately for what has been charged the standards did not match. The walls of the studio were filthy, there was X3 Spider webbs with x2 spiders leaving in it too. The AC is not working but they left a vent on there and it seems to be there for a while with the dust on top of it. The toiletries were not replaced on the last cleaning and ended up having a shower with no shower gel. The floor needs dusting and not just mopping as i was walking on dirt in the room and had to clean my feet before going to bed. The taps need a good rub too as they were filthy. The noise of the hotel was awful could hear people talking outside as if they were on my bedroom and i was on the first floor, there was other guests making noise after 11pm, some playing really loud music, others with kids crying and others what it seemed cooking past midnight. Although the bed sheets were replaced.

Sofa bed was broken.

Basic place, only for a one night stay. Very far from the city. Paid £70 for return taxi to city so not cheap. Would suggest to find somewhere nearer to amenities.

I am awaiting words of a refund for the 2nd night. It was dirty, in a shady part of the city. Not at all what I expected

Dreadful. Bed was rock hard so could not sleep. Nobody at reception overnight so could not complain. Next morning we complained and asked to be moved to another room. When we returned in the evening, the message had not been relayed to the evening staff and they knew nothing about it. They eventually found us another room. This room, however, was dirty and smelled badly of smoke. There were bugs all over the furniture. We asked for a refund and was told to claim through Hotels.com. Unfortunately the telephone number for your website was out of service, so with no other option, we left the hotel and slept in our car.

Rather run down area of the lac, but covered secure parking and room spotless. Bed rather too firm for my liking! 10 minute walk to restaurants and tram to town. Ideal stop over. Breakfast a bit pricey compared to room rate.

Would be okay for contractor working out of town.

This is a trucker/ transient stop. Cigarette smoke 24/7 - it filled our non smoking room, no a/c, sofa bed was probably from the 70s with stains on it (unsure last time it was cleaned) and super thin and uncomfortable! We left with a number of bug bites and left as quick as we could. Front staff was lovely.

Property (apartment) was derelict, dirty, very hot and did not come with all the utensils, soaps etc you would expect with the kitchen facilities. Located in an industrial area with questionable characters lurking about. Staff friendliness was fine.

The hotel/apartments are ok, the price is cheap for the area so you have to adjust your expectations. Room was hot as summertime and no a/c, but a fan was supplied in the room. If you are travelling through or in a budget, it’s ok for a night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the gym looked good, but we did not use it as only staying for 1 night while passing through.
