I was upgraded on check in to a larger suite which was appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the location is conveniently 10-15 minutes away from most attractions in the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is was upgraded to was an accessible suite, and all the appliances was down low. This meant I was having to bend down to access the fridge and microwave and everything was the perfect height for my 2 year old to reach so I was needing to be hyper-vigilant.

i paid $370 for 1 night for a 2 bed apartment, checked in reception asks do i want to pay for parking ? that's another $15, really after paying $370 for just 1 night and they cant even supply parking ? i checked loads of free spaces, but nope reception wont help, so i parked 1 block away, $15 is nothing but i wasn't giving it to them !

We only needed a place to stay for an overnight visit to Canberra. The room and facility exceeded our expectations for the price we pay. It was clean, tidy and modern. Secure parking included was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
