The studio unit is spacious and sparkling clean, I like the bathroom since is big enough with full amenities.

The bed is huge, however the pillow and mattr as is too soft for me.

The staff were nice like the last time we visited back in 2023. It is lovey during Autumn looking sitting on the balcony seeing all the trees. The motel is back form the main road and a short walk from the fantastic tram.

Dirty and a bit of a wreck, especially for the cash we paid. Carpet stained, fridge was disgusting as long as the bathroom. Miss match of kitchen equipment. The AC did not really work but you will see why from the pictures! The toilet was something else, I have never seen a room this unclean before. We could have made a fuss but I was there for four days just to relax and did not want to go though all the saga. The Adina is now owned by a group (TFE Hotels) and judging by past feedback the response is pretty much the same, probably from a PR company. I would stay away from any of the TFE Hotels, better off spending your cash on more locally owned small hotel groups. I'm normally pretty fair when assessing a motel but this was a shocker!!

Room was very spacious for a studio apartment.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the bathroom facilities were slightly dated.

I had an amazing time here. Lovely staff and perfect room

Leaking shower from lack of closer on the door all over the floor a bit of silicon would fix the problem
