Fantastic place , cleanliness great staff. Only expected better restaurant options for dinner which was a little disappointing.

Review: The property is located in a beautiful setting; however, the overall experience was disappointing and did not justify the cost. Cottage maintenance was below standard, amenities were outdated, and cleanliness was poor. While the reception staff were polite and courteous, the senior lady manager was unapproachable and reluctant to address guest queries. Boat timings were also not clearly communicated. At the Kairali restaurant, breakfast service was extremely slow—we waited nearly 30 minutes for a single omelette. The drinking glass provided had an unpleasant odor and had to be replaced after complaint. Due to inadequate staffing, buffet counters were frequently empty. The same issue persisted at dinner, with most items unavailable by 9:45 PM. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations and was not value for money. Regards, Deepak kumar K 8893418663

One of the best Resort I stayed in India with peaceful atmosphere and lush green location. The staff was very humble and punctual. The breakfast was outstanding with variety of delicious items.The food at Lunch and Dinner was awesome specially the grilled fish was sumptuous. Overall it was a great experience staying at Raviz Kadavu.

It is right on the banks of river chaliyar. With spectacular views from the rooms Excellent location very good rooms. Staff very courteous. Excellent food. And even the speed boat operator was very courteous. We would like to visit this place again and this time in rains. And would highly recommend to visit for a few days.

An excellent location, surrounded with greenery and an added back water view brings an enthralling. By the way I have one suggestion, which is really required for the people staying in Room 120. Literally I have to seek someone’s assistance to reach the room as there was no way indication from the ground floor. (Passing beside spa and ayurvedic consultation room found bit weird). Otherwise it was a pleasant stay experienced and found all the ground staff’s were so helpful and courteous.

Good Ambiance, nice food and very clean. Welcomed the guest well. Front desk was very pleasant and fast check in process. Food was very tasty
