Personnel très accueillant, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant. Chambre spacieuse très agréable, bonne literie. Petit déjeuner inclus, copieux et délicieux avec charcuterie, fromage, viennoiseries, divers pains et brioches, oranges pressées, fruits... de quoi bien commencer la journée!

Très bien, en plus arrivée tardive et accueil parfait.

Clean, comfortable. Great mattress. Good service. Buffet Dinner was available at the location since the hotel is in an industrial area. The way they've arranged the parking and the outdoor patio in a park-like setting gives a relaxing vibe. We took a drink on that patio before dinner. You get what is expected of Ibis, good, functional, clean accommodation and in this case a reasonably good restaurant for tired travelers. Paying breakfast was quite good for French standard.

Hotel et chambres à priori rénové, très propre, calme, restaurant et bar (restauration avec buffets de qualité), proximité axe routier, facile d'accès.

Séjour professionnel d'une seule nuit dans cet hôtel Ibis de Laval. Situation dans une zone commerciale sans grand intérêt mais pas trop loin du centre ville. Accueil cordial et sympathique aussi bien à la réception que le matin au petit-déjeuner. L'établissement a semble-t-il subit récemment une cure de rajeunissement et c'est très bien ainsi. La chambre pas très grande est néanmoins confortable avec une literie de bonne qualité. Le petit-déjeuner était varié (salé et sucré). En définitif un hôtel au très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour professionnel.

Small hotel located outside of Laval close to the highway leading to Paris. Rooms are small and basic but have all the amenities you need. Fast internet too. No ironing equipment in the room which is always a minus. Very nice French style buffet dinner served downstairs. Affordable too. Breakfast was delicious too. Try a morning run down into the city, nice atmosphere and clean air at that time.

We booked to stay here to break a long journey to the Med, as the hotel is just off a motorway. Unfortunately, the local French farmers chose that day to go on strike and barricade all the local roads! If it hadn't been for the lovely staff at a nearby Decathlon store we would never have been able to get to the hotel, as every road had a concrete barrier across it! Once we arrived, we found the hotel clean, welcoming, there was plenty of non-height-restricted parking (we have a van) and the food was very good.

Séjour agréable, grande chambre bien équipée. Excepté les accotés qui ont tous disparus. Pas de rafraîchissement à l'arrivée (forte chaleur), ni bouilloire, thé, café, dans la chambre. Le dîner fut correct, la quantité mais de qualité standard.
