"Exceptional"

Stayed here when travelling through France. Free Wi-Fi, free parking - always a bonus. Nice, comfortable beds and a refreshing shower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good range of food and fresh fruit with good coffee.

"Excellent accueil et écoute des besoins"

L'accueil à l'ibis Rennes Cesson est vraiment génial. Le personnel est hyper agréable et à l'écoute de nos besoins! N'aimant pas les oreillers proposés systématiquement par les ibis, que je trouve trop épais, j'ai demandé à l'accueil si je pouvais en avoir un moins épais. A mon retour, un nouvel oreiller était disposé et j'ai pu passer une nuit parfaite. Je me demande du coup si la prochaine fois il me serait possible de le demander dès la réservation? Petit-déjeuner nickel. Il manque juste une machine à jus d'orange frais (nous l'avons eu une fois et nous demandions pourquoi elle n'était plus là). Mais tout le reste est parfait et très diversifié ! Tout le monde peut y trouver son compte. En bref, un très bon séjour !

"Great hotel"

Great hotel and well priced, a couple of km's from Rennes, right on the motorway. Plenty of parking and the welcome was friendly, even though next to no English was spoken. Good if a little basic room & bathroom, breakfast was very good.
