ibis Rennes Cesson

Fantastic location when you are traveling, staff extremely nice and always happy to see you (even if you arrive in the middle of the night). We will definitely use this hotel again!

stayed here last year very nice and staff were very helpfully this time found changes with staff not much English spoken also they have some building work going on in front of hotel if you didn't know were hotel is your miss the entrance no signs up disappoint with bathroom as you only got bath towels and no hand towels.

The hotel was easy to find being between the A63 and D810 on a roundabout. Happily the traffic noise did abate during the evening. It is adjacent to a shopping complex including supermarket. The staff were very helpful and quickly changed our room when asked because the origal was obviously a smoking room. The bed was very comfortable although a bit small by today's expectations. The wet room on the other hand was huge and the shower good. We had requested a ground floor room and it was obviously kitted out for disabled guests. It is so good to be able to make a cup of tea!

This was the most convenient stopover as it was near the water route and avoided any of the nonsense of having to park in town. The hotel is clearly in need of a revamp our room was perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. It was extremely quiet and even though the place looked a bit of a site with all the work that is going on it did not make the room me less comfortable.

Good location (if you have a car), clean and very confortable, standard Ibis-class.

Fairly easy to find, late night check in not a problem, good room and very quiet. Very good breakfast and all at a great price.

Our first time in this area and on the way to Ferry terminal at Roscoff, so just the one overnight stop. The hotel was as is usual for IBIS. It was in a well kept condition and we were pleased with the decor etc. The staff were very helpful, Breakfast was as usual and good selection. We used the restuarant adjacent. It was ok but not exceptional. It saved having to look around in a strange area. All in all, a very good IBIS and recommended.

Hotel sits on cliff with a great view of the Mediterranean Sea. Partial view of Amalfi town. At bottom of cliff is the hotel's swimming pool and work out area where you can take a dip in the Med. A "cool" setup that is impressive and very secluded and made our stay memorable. Swimming at base of cliff in the Med, sipping lemonade (a local speciality), we forgot about sightseeing for a couple days!!! Our room was average size (we had a day bed for our teenage daughter), but I noticed that rooms can really vary in size, probably due to being built on the side of a cliff....so adds a flavor of funky room shapes. Modern bathroom (shower seemed to 'leak' alot, but that is the case with most showers outside U.S. as the rest of world is still figuring out how to contain water inside a shower :). The hotel decor was beautiful using local ceramic artwork. The open terrace resturant is A+. Dinner was good, though as is our experience with hotel resturants it's good, not "oh wow". But the decor and view from the terrace resturant is "oh wow", so ought to do one meal, wither breakfast, lunch or dinner....won't go wrong. Other than the catacomb hallways to your room (which again is a function of being built on a cliff, but you are rewarded by an interesting array of different antiques), the place is a 5-star hotel, from staff to room to taking a dip the Med for a couple days...won't g wrong staying here.
