"Place is nice but definitely no restaurant in the hotel as advertised"

The location was great and pretty close to the casino. The lady at the front counter is so friendly.

Don’t put that there is a restaurant in the hotel when all they have is 3 choices of quick food at the bar.

Stephanie at the front desk was the most welcoming and pleasant. She was very helpful and we looked forward to seeing her when coming and going. Her smile was always nice to see. The breakfast was good and filling, my one complaint was no bread for toast was available. Only english muffins, and 2 kinds of bagels. I meant to ask why, but never did!!! Other than that it was fine, we ate breakfast at the hotel every day of our stay except 2!!

The stay went well, and we will likely stay here again. I will say some of the other front desk personnel, could learn from Stephanie, they need to at least look up when guests enter or leave the hotel and acknowledge folks, rather than looking at their cellphones!!! Just an observation, not a complaint.

"Comfortable and pleasant."

When we arrived, the staff member who checked us in had trouble finding our reservation but she was very persistent and didn't give up. Then, she found booking.com made the reservation with my middle name as my last name. She found it though! Very helpful and very happy to help.

I didn't like sharing the smallish pool with a swimming school. We could only use half of the small pool for about an hour until the students left. at that point, our family was done with swimming. I would have preferred it to have been busy with hotel guests and not the swimming school.

Free breakfast, close to venues and casino

The shuttle experience. When I booked the room I called and was told we would be able to shuttle to the venue. Got to the hotel and was told we couldn't and then missed 2 hours of our concert waiting on an Uber

Toilet had trouble Flushing (Even when NOTHING was in it!) Sometimes took 3-4 Flushes to empty the bowl!
