The hotel room was very nice, we had two king size beds and enjoyed the extra space. Closet to hang outfits and a mini fridge and microwave helped tremendously.

It was great. No complaints. Clean, attentive, breakfast was good. Pool was good. The fitness center was one of the best for this type of hotel with lots of space and appropriate equipment.

"Being prepared for large guest groups. "

Overall very good. The main negative was that I don’t think they were prepared for the basketball tournament’s additional guests that stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It was little things like the need for additional staff to help with breakfast or clean up the common areas like the first floor restrooms. This happened the last time we stayed at this location when the baseball playoffs occurred and the place was overwhelmed by more trash overflowing with delivery pizza boxes and the need for additional staff at breakfast and more cleanings in the lobby.
