"Good location for peak district, extremely noisy"

The room was functional and the bathroom was reasonably new and clean

The mattress had every single spring digging into my back. There is no sound proofing whatsoever and we were unlucky that upstairs there were parties going on. Note that there is no 24/7 reception and we were unable to contact staff; however, they did give us free breakfast in the morning. We couldn’t sleep at all. Loud voices, telly, doors slammed, dogs barking and more.

I liked the free upgrade to a suite. It was lovely to have a private outside space, particularly as we were having a heatwave. A fan was also thoughtfully left in the room. The bed was huge and comfortable. The shower was great. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. All the staff I met were friendly.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price.

We liked everything about the property, the rooms for the price were excellent, nice and clean. The staff were really friendly & helpful. We recommend Twin Oaks Hotel to anyone & everyone. It was dog friendly also.

A few of the tables outside in the garden could be changed and a bit of TLC.
