Palms Bed & Breakfast

Teresa is a lovely host, she suggested us lot of places to visit and told us her experience.

The sheets and towels were ancient and discoloured. The room was small and dated, and so was the bathroom... continental breakfast was so basic, no choice, and it was not a good location

Friendly and helpful staff. The owners are extreme cool and helpful.

Ih is not a 9 it is a 7.0 max! It is very noisy because of the main road traffic.

We stayed at Palms BnB for 10 nights whilst visiting family in Perth. Our host Teresa was delightful , very wellcoming and knowledgeable. Palms BnB was comfortable and homely. The room consisted of everything you need from TV ,beds ,shower, small dining table, fridge, microwave. A shopping mall was walking distance to buy groceries . Breakfast consisted of a range of cereal, fruit, tea/coffee ,fruit juice and each day a different additional breakfast offering fruit bread toast, egg, ham and cheese toast, croissants, beans and toast etc. We used the swimming pool and it was nice to sit outside on the outdoor sunbeds and chairs relaxing. Perth can be hot reaching temperatures of over 30 degrees .The ceiling fan in the bedroom was helpful.
