"Not the worst hotel but lack of aircon/ventilation and noise levels from inside the hotel let it down massively"

Great location right on the sea front

No aircon and windows don’t open properly (expected with being on the 3rd floor re windows but it was bank holiday weekend in 30 odd degree heat and felt suffocating at times). Noise was ridiculous from 7am ish. Walls are paper thin and could hear cleaners etc banging around for hours until we checked out. Bedding was clean but overall the room was grimey. Bathroom full of limescale and extractor fan had that much dust on it I’m not sure it would even be functioning properly.
