To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Wyjątkowe miejsce.Piekny wystrój hotelu w stylu art deco.Duze i wygodne pokoje, z balkonem. Tym razem mieliśmy widok na basen i morze. Można było rano podziwiać wschód słońca nad morzem.Bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Otoczenie hotelu zielone i zadbane.Na wydzielonej plaży czekają wygodne leżaki i parasole. Odległość od hotelu nad morze to ok. 100m. Jak ktos nie lubi morza to moze spedzic czas na basenie. Basen bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzatany. Po dnie basenu chodzi " rumba", ktora zbiera wszystko z dna i bokow basenu.Śniadania urozmaicone i obfite.( polecam omlety, przygotowywane na zewnątrz restauracji, pozdrawiam miłego pana, który te omlety przygotowuje).Obsługa bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta. Pan Krasimir i jego kolega mogą doradzić wspaniałe wina bulgarskie do obiadu czy kolacji. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, posciel wymieniana co 3 dni, a ręczniki codziennie, a panie sprzątające mają zawsze usmiech na twarzy. Bardzo blisko do miasta. W pobliżu jest dworzec autobusowy ( do Nesebaru autobus chodzi co 40 minut - polecam. Do dworca morskiego, z którego odchodzi prom na wyspę sw. Anastazji jest ok 10 minut. Jednym słowem idealne miejsce za rozsądną cenę.

Мръсни и неподдържани стаи, имаше дамски превръзки и чипс върху тях в един от шкафовете, имахме отворени напитки в минибара. Мръсен килим и банята също не беше добре хигиенизирана.

"First class hotel with great service in lovely location by the sea."

First class hotel with friendly, multilingual, helpful staff. Lovely outdoor pool, comfortable spacious room with fantastic sea and coastal views. Very nice spa with lovely aromatic sauna. Close to area with shops, bars and restaurants. Nice short walk to sea and reserved beds and umbrellas for the hotel.

Spa salt room and Hamman niot working. Spa reception could be better. Our room did not have a kettle - we do enjoy a late cup of tea before bed.

The choice at breakfast was very good. The reception and other staff we encountered were all helpful

Maybe some yoghurt with frozen berries at breakfast but it's a minor thing
