The location and the facilities.

- Some of the staff was very intrusive. Especially a middle age, dark haired cleaning lady, used to knock on our door, to enter the room directly, without being invited, to show us how she folded the towels "especialy" for us, to touch us without permission, to follow us on the corridor, she won't leave the room even when I told her we were busy with the luggages....She had a very strange behaviour. I understand she wanted a tip, but to act this way... - the garden was not cleaned very well. For 3 days that we stayed there, there were some plastic bag and paper towel under a bush, next to the eating area, that were never cleaned.

Трябва модернизация на стаите. Малко повече светлина. Би било добре да се добавят кафемашини. Възглавниците също не са комфортни. Спокойно може да направите бенчмарк от някой хотел на същото ниво (Kings valley примерно).

Хотелът е страхотен, има всичко от което човек има нужда по време на почивката си. Персоналът е изключително любезен и винаги отзивчив. Всичко беше страхотно.

Eski bir otel olmasına rağmen oldukça temizdi. Sabah kahvaltısı çeşit yönünden yeterliydi. Denizi temiz, kum ve sığ. Havuz çok konforluydu. Personelde oldukça kibar ve ilgiliydi.
