was good but we should have had coffee and a coffe maker for the morning!

Very outdated. Was too afriad to even sit on the couch due to it not beeing vaccuumed. Was full of garbage. No coffee maker, no hair dryer. Toilet seat was full of cigarette burns. Not recommended to stay there

The room was clean, the price was good and reception was friendly. This was our second time staying there.

Hands-down one of the scariest places I’ve ever stayed

Absolutely awful!

From bloody beds, mold in the bathroom holes in the wall broken doors smoke smelling rooms too creepy aggressive hotel staff they got it all. First night I stayed the outside door of the hotel had a man yelling and claiming we were in his room trying to get in had to call front desk about this issue which I will say they at least did try to solve this first issue, nextt issues were blood and stains on the bed and smell of room which we sucked up and got our own sheets and blankets from winners and we’re just going to put up with the smell but THEN A weird man was knocking the door at 7:01am not identifying themselves as front desk, proceeded to say come here open the door for me let me in and do not even mention they were from front desk until I was visibly upset. I literally had 911 typed on my phone and was about to call that’s how spooky it was! then after that, one of these men that work here (mind you, I am 25 years old and pregnant) decided they were going to take it upon themselves to enter into my room and look around while I was sleeping, which they were the ones who said and admitted to this, and then when I questioned why anyone even entered into my room without consent while I slept and then they realized they made a mistake as I was upset by this and they tried to back pedal. From there on I said if couldn’t explain to me who entered my room and watch staff member it was then I was not comfortable with staying there for my last night. This made them very upset. I told them I would be calling booking.com to try to figure this issue out while I’m trying to speak to booking.com They came and were very aggressive, banging and kicking my door. They tried to take parts of my deposit and charge me almost $100 in random extra fees that they made up since I didn’t want to stay anymore I refuse to agree with this so we had the police called and they have a sign up which says $25 check out.

The location was perfect for my visit to Bellvile.

As of today they have not returned my 100.00 dollars security deposit. Upon checking out the front desk person assured this will happen the next day. Tody is Oct.1st,no deposit returned. My son lives in Bellvile,they must return my money. It is your site through which I booked,so please interned.

Good location! Close to everything

Very thin walls. We could hear everyone talking in the hallway

It's old and could do with a sprucing up but good for the price charged. We'd book this hotel again.

For the price it was reasonable

Convenient location to mall, restaurants and on a direct route to downtown. Check in was easy. Parked right at the room for easy unpacking
