Did not stay,would ,ca.ncelled when we saw room,could not get ahold of anyone to talk about refund,would you be able to help with that.

We wanted no smoking room but all you smelled was smoke,checked the bed sheets were stained

Horrible!! The property is in a bad area, it is completely run down. The hallways have a very heavy smoke smell. The comforter on our bed had cigarette burn holes and the white sheets had big yellow stains. We did not end up staying!!
