There was literally nothing to like

This whole experience was terrible. The cleanliness of the room was a disgrace and no way it meets safety standards. The TV didn’t work and didn’t have a remote - no channels even when done manually Mould in kitchen and bathroom

Nothing. This hotel was disgusting and dirty. I don’t mind staying in an older style hotel as I have done many times before but it needs to be clean and free from cockroaches. It smelt really awful all down the hallway and in the room.

There were cockroaches running up the walls. We were only there for ten minutes before we said we wouldn’t be staying. The receptionist said that I needed to contact booking.com for a refund. I was told someone would be in contact by today but I haven’t received any correspondence. I was very upset with this experience and the health department needs to inspect this property.

It was really disappointing if pushed on the door from the outside it would open the lock was coming off the actual door the toliet wasn’t cleaned and was broken mould growing in the bathroom sink off and out of date food left in fridge only had a little pillow to sleep with won’t be going back again

The worst rooms.in the entire Melbourne. Water wasn't working, bedsheets had stains on them. Extremely ugly rooms. You are better off living on the street at night than to live here.
