the fact that they took us in so late. we were caught in the rain and freezing cold and we booked online on the spot with no issues.

the entire carpet was saturated and the bed was on the floor. the bed then became saturated as it soaked up whatever was on the carpet. the tiles were squeaking because there was water underneath them too. everything was damp and stank.

Property pictures on the website are not true pictures of the apartments. The apartments were in very poor state, stovetop switches not working, kitchen poor quality with random crockery items, tiles in shower lose, toilet paper hanging from bricks in the toilet area, carpet pieces laid loose on the floor, cupboard railings and doors missing, window loose from frame, overall appearance and facilities shabby. Property facilities noted the following: shower, tv, telephone, hairdryer, iron, kitchenette, radio, refrigerator, ironing facilities, dvd player, fan, toilet, microwave, single room air conditioning, hand sanitiser. Only the following were provided: shower, tv, kitchenette (poor state), small fridge, fan, toilet and microwave. Costly and disappointing experience.

Was horrified by the property. Booked for my daughters at the last minute without reading reviews and they felt unsafe and horrified by the state of the place and had to pay for another place elsewhere. They were not given a refund despite saying they felt very unsafe to stay there.
