No air con Ceiling fan not working Bed moved.. couldn't stabilise it Very very small TV.. no remote Fourth floor.. stairs on outside of building with no shelter from rain One towel for two people.. requested more never arrived. Dodgy lighting Very very old Uncomfortable furniture.

I liked the staff member that met me and the loaction was good for the event I was going to see.

My booking had not been entered in to their system so they had no idea I was going to be there. The staff member was very apologetic but I was still charged full price and a $50 deposit, which I still haven't received back. There was one bed and a very badly maintained sofa bed. The key didn't work to let us into the room or into the apartement building but thankfully the lock on the outer door was broken which gave us access.

Nothing horrible I want my money back tv didn't work ni window to close in bathroom only flyscreen neighbours easy could watch me shower bed horrible filthy heater did not work fan made annoying ticking noise could not find anyone on check to demand My money back absolutely worst $106 I've spent in long time very disappointed and want refund or at least offer if free night

Absoloutely nothing. The only good thing I could say is that the manager gave me a refund without any issue or question

The place was disgraceful. The bed wasn’t clean, there were cockroaches everywhere, the duvet was damp, the toilet seat was broken where you could have even cut yourself. The bathroom also wasn’t very clean. There was even a bottle of insect killer left- as if to say “you sort out the issue”

The price was good and upon entry everything looked pretty clean.

Off street Parking was the only positive of this accommodation.

The room was dirty, mouldy and cockroaches everywhere. The Wi-Fi didn't work and the amenities listed did not exist. Had to leave, not safe for our children.

Wanted to cancel my stay due to reading the reviews - to be fair I didn’t give much notice but they only received a cancellation request and didn’t even bother to ask why we couldn’t stay they just denied it. I have since emailed to advise why we didn’t want to stay and suggested that they keep the prepayment but not take any further funds which was ignored and they took full payment. Read the reviews - don’t bother booking, I was fine with a cheap stay and probably less than comfortable bedding and less than quality facilities - but I was not prepared to stay at a hotel with multiple reports of bed bugs! Booking.com should take these reviews into account and not promote this hotel!

Didn’t end up staying, the reviews spoke volumes! Location would have been good for our intended stay.

Did not like this property, no heater in room, dishes dirty, hole in electric cook top. Security was good though.
