The property is very dirty. The corridors & room smelled an awful smell. There was noise in the building. People yelling, drunk people outside, the main glass door was smashed. The furniture was dusty & smelly including pillows and bed sheets. The curtains were broken and allowed light to come through early morning.

Certainly not as advertised. The signage as advertised is non existent. The stench of cigarette smoke in the room is putrid. The bathroom door is battered and broken and the toilet cover is taped down with black tape. The adjoining neighbour stayed up until 4:00am and awakened to a jack hammer fixing the security gate at 8:00am. $100 for a $40 stay…booking.com should remove.

It was dirty, the door lock did not work, the light fitting was smashed, there was no bed light, most power points did not work. A paint job on one wall was not finished. It stank of smoke

Might need to some maintenance around the building. Better kitchen facilities required. Leaking toilet in bathroom. One thin quilt on a 4 degree night. Cable tie under the sheet of single bed. Chocolate milk spilt all over wall next to main bed, sheets covered in same chocolate milk.

It was shelter and it had a place to park the car. The staff were friendly and helpful

Cockraoches everywhere in bed, and all over the room. The mattress seemed like it would've been comfortable, if not for the roaches! Had to keep ringing reception every time I wanted back in the room.

None of the facilities I paid for worked, TV was broken, cooker top broken toilet was not connected to wall and the seat fell off. The cuboard doors were also broken off. I had drug addicts trying to enter my room in the middle off the night all through the week, people fighting throughout the building and people with serious mental illness screaming for hours on end, There were mice, the bins weren’t emptied from the previous guest and neither was the fridge. They also hadn’t clean the room, hair clipping all over the place. I have a queen size bed with a single size quilt Exposed wires out the wall socket Also no Wi-Fi This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. If should be removed from booking sites and solely used for social/welfare housing because that’s what half the building is.
