Front desk gentleman, IT tech and restaurant ladies terrific. Wonderful room. A terrific stay and workshop space.

The room was clean and I was allowed to sign in early

The rooms are nice. Th area around the hotel is attractive. Few things that I did't like: 1. Thre was no cofee for the the cofee machine in the room. When I asked at the reception, I was told that it isordered and will arrive in tomorrow (just when we willcheck out). 2. The breakfast officially begins only at 8:00. There are basic food avalible from 7:00. The breakfast offering is not very appetizing. 3. The control for the heater / air conditiner in the room was broken.

There was a problem with the reservation but it is not the hotel's fault, but Hotels.com that apparently has recurring issues with the premises perhaps poor communication. We had to wait a while, but the gentleman at the reception was helpful in resolving the matter. The room was clean and and very comfortable. WiFi slow everywhere. The food was ok, but our server was excellent and very professional unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but thank you.

When we got there friday night, the elevator was not working, and did not work all weekend. The room was very clean but we had no room service( nobody to clean or refresh the room, towels we were there 3 nights) Diner at the restaurant was good friendly, but our breakfeast experience was not so great: breakfeast sandwich ( ham, egg and muffin bread ) was past date and greenish on the side+ please pay attention on the microwave that was not very clean. The hotel seems to be undergoing some changes good but don' t forget the basics in hospitality service.

We had a good stay. Beautiful location, clean room, great staff. It was off season and we’re disappointed that Facilities need work, elevator wasn’t working, pool was cool, hot tub not working, safety door latch broken. Stayed for more than one night but had to ask for clean towels.

Very nice area and friendly people

The newly renovated rooms are really nice. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding hikes. We had a great time and will come again.

The property is beautiful. Housekeeping seemed to be lacking.

If you expect to watch TV you’ll need an Amazon account at the minimum. We’ve been to many hotels and resort but have never not been able to watch TV. The only staff that tried to help us was new, in training and had no idea if this was normal. After hours of unsuccessful attempts we were unable to use the TV and they didn’t even offer to move us to another room. He this is how the TVs work, I would expect a working TV when paying almost $200 a night, unbelievable.
