Sleep Inn & Suites Shreveport near Medical Center

The only thing I liked about the property was the location.

Our room was not clean and there were bedbugs. We had bites all over our bodies the next morning. The TV in our room did not work.

The cleanest of the hotel and the breakfast staff they was very helpful to me and my wife getting us breakfast

That the train tracks was right behind our room and woke us up when it passed

Elevator took forever to move after the doors were close. Room needs a "MAJOR" update. Neighbors were extremely loud. People were slamming doors all night long and talking loud. Walls are paper thin, Air conditioner was loud, smell old and musty, rooms just need to be updated.

The staff was very courteous very attentive very clean the breakfast was awesome fresh fresh coffee every morning clean the rooms everyday if you want service just all around wonderful atmosphere if you're doing any traveling in Shreveport
