Don't expect much from the hotel, no mini fridge in the room. Hot water can be barely called warm. Room was not well cleaned. The receipt ion staff were VERY uncooperative: we had some tech problems in the room and called the reception who promised to send the maintenance/technician to fix the problem, during our entire stay (3 nights) this technician never showed up. We called the hotel before we arrive to ask about the car parking, the hotel staff confirmed that car parking is free for hotel's guests. When we checked in, the denied it and made us pay for the car parking!!!!! However, the room is big if you look for a spacious room. NB: make sure to put one of the 2 signs on the door before you go to sleep (DND or plz clean my room) cuz if there is no sign, you will find the room service over your head at 6am.

Good hotel, a little far from town, but in general very comfortable and clean.

Lovely room, very new modern hotel. It's not very convenient location-wise, most places in Brussels are close to a metro and/or good buses etc and I prefer this. They do have the option to park so if you are taking a car this is a good option. Staff are fairly useless, restaurant involves a wait for anything you might need, even if it's empty! I challenge you to ask the reception staff a question they CAN answer :-)

Nice hotel, clean and roomy, but hard to find ways to get to the hotel by car. Receptionist was not helpful nor friendly.

The cleaning staff and the restaurant did a good job. The staff at the front desk could not help with basic questions about the hotel operation-example-they couldn't help with dialing out of the hotel-it was not presented corrctly on the phone in the room. The lady at the front desk was more interseted in smoking and checking her phone for text messages. I never fill these out and travel on a regular basis around the Globe. The ladies at the front desk where very rude in general-I will not be styaing there again.

Quiet but a bit out of town. The room comfortable and clean. Complicated access to parking

Staff was least bothered about the guests. In the whole checkin checkout process the desk staff didnt even bother to look up and smile at the guest not expected any conversation. I do not recommend anyone this hotel as the staff attitude sucks

I booked an executive room. Hotel was not easy to find even with GPS he air conditioning had broken and was very cold. The bed linen was stained. The room was not very clean. Advised the reception, who were disinterersted. I would not recommend this hotel.

I took a taxi from central Brussels (near Grand Place) to get here. Taxi took around 10 mins & cost 15 Euro, which I thought was quite reasonable. Hotel reception was fine, very helpful member of staff who gave me directions for the morning. I had a twin room on the ground floor, decoration was modern and comfortable, looked like new. Bathroom was also very good with great shower. Bed was very comfy, slept very well. I was going to the Expo in the morning so took the bus from directly outside the hotel. this went to the metro station where I then took the metro with 1 change to the expo. In total this took about 1 hour due mainly to traffic when on the bus. very good hotel, not bad location if you're not too bothered about being directly in the centre.

New hotel, reasonable price, in quiet neighbourhood. Restaurant poor value for money and no ambiance. Like a canteen. Table service slow. Front desk helpful. Room TV impossible to operate, and cannot visit bathroom at night without putting all lights on in the room and waking others up.
