great time and very pleasur

GPS could scarcely find the hotel because of dead end and blocked streets. Staff gave us wrong directions to the Airport. No coffee available in room, lobby or lounge until 6 pm. Parking is extra and not notated on web site. No bathtub. Over rated and over priced.

Hotel is a good value. As hotels near Brussels airport are concerned it is relatively inexpensive. The rooms are reasonably spacious and very nicely furnished. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location is fairly good and easy to access (when you follow the directions on the website). Parking is available - outside for free and inside for a not-too-unreasonable fee.

We booked on line and paid ahead of time for a 2 twin bed room which was all that was available at the time we booked. What we got was a large room with 3 twin beds and a large bathroom! The price was very reasonable. The A/C was a little noisy but otherwise a very comfortable room. Our problems started when the lady at the desk said there was no shuttle to and from the airport, as was described on the their description on hotel.com or by previous guests. We booked a taxi for 4:45am the next day. They took our credit card info even though she acknowledged we had already paid for the room, a charge that we knew had already come thru on our credit card. She said this was in case we damaged the room! The next morning as we met the taxi driver in the lobby the man behind the desk requested payment for the room. We explained that the bill had already been paid. He brought someone else out who looked something up and declared that we indeed still owed for tbe room. No amount of explaining made sense to them and we needed to get to the airport. My husband in frustration stated that we were leaving and they could take it up with hotels.com. By the time we arrived ed in London the hotel had charged our credit card for the room. We have disputed the double charge to our card with the credit card company and are waiting to hear how this will be resolved. Interestingly enough the second charge was approx $5 cheaper than what hotels.com charged me when reserved tbe room initially. On our eay out the door to the taxi we also noted what appeared to be a shuttle bus parked near the entrance. The trip by taxi to the airport is 35 euros.

Fine for a couple of nights in Brussels, but not somewhere I'd be looking to stay for much longer

Car park is tucked away behind the hotel. If using sat nav use address Clos Du Lynx, Brussels to park in the hotel car park.

Have stayed many times here as it is convenient for me - it is a good economy hotel - but sometimes the price is higher than it deserves.

This hotelis excellent value for money! Very spacious rooms,luxury bathroom and great facilities.Staff very helpful and polite.
