Nice clean hotel

On arriving, receptionist gave minimal information without warmth or a welcoming smile. Confusing directions given on where the room was located. We had to return to the reception to ask how to operate the lights as we were not told the card had to be used. We asked about WiFi and were told a code was on the card but it was not. Problems with the heater/air conditioner in the bedroom as it was noisy throughout the night and could not find a way to switch it off. When I checked out I was charged for taxes although my information was that they were included in the price. The hotel was generally clean, although I found some shavings left on the sink around the taps. Comfortable bed and plenty of space in the room.

It was amazing, we loved the hotel and everything about it. The only small thing against it, there’s no fridge in the room.

The bathroom ceiling had a bad leak... as a result the lights/hairdryer in the bathroom stopped working. The stuff fixed the lights but the leak started again the next day and so the lights of the room also went off... There was no kettle for tea/coffee - my kids take warm water - had to run to the dinning room to get the water every time...

It would help if the hotel website told people that there is a different route to the car park as there is not even any stopping at the main entrance! The hotel in its self is a very basic hotel that gives you no extras, not even tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I have stayed in this chain of hotel in an obscure place in Turkey and got more!

All fine. Only remark is that the hotel is in a mainly residential/business area with no obvious facilities in the immediate area (5-10 minute walk) which forces you to use the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel restaurant is fine but people may bear this in mind if having a long stay.

The only problem I could say was that the shower didn’t have any curtain or anything to stop water splashing everywhere and running all over the floor

Modern, clean, restaurant simple but good. Nothing much in the locality though good bus connection to Schumann and metro system.

Generally Good. But really felt the absence of Tea/Coffee making arr in the room. How do they miss out such a simple thing ? They could consider having it " ON REQUEST" just as many Sokos Hotels in Finland do.

There is a need for more road signs to the hotel or directional arrows. The hotel was hard to get to even with a sat nav and one of the streets had a huge concave hole in it. Used only by buses. An instructions MAP on the web page that can be printed would have been a Huge help.
