The hotel looked nice and the room was very clean. But the lobby was very muggy. The hot water in the room never got hot, just a little warm. My wife really wanted to use the hot tub but it, while it was hot the bubbles would not work.

Would be nice if breakfast was included but that’s pretty minor.

It smelled good as you entered and hallways, elevators, and our room was very clean. We stayed in a king room with a pullout sofa. I really liked the layout. The closet area had shelves and drawers with great places to put our things. Extra chairs, and a long desk/table space. Very comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping was great. Great parking.

Pool is definitely not what is pictured. Front desk staff was rude. After 5 mins of arguing about our 2 night booking and telling us we couldn’t get our stuff out of room he finally finds it in system. Water literally took 20 to get hot in the bathroom.

I was treated like a criminal by staff members. I was also charged extra due to smoking in the accusation. The staff are very prejudice toward the black

That we was told it would cost with tax included 540.06 and they took 638. And we had asked for wheelchair room accessible. They said they could in 2nd floor but however the room was not wheelchair handicap etc regular shower so therefore I couldn't bathe there we were suppost to have 2 queens and we got 2 regular and some tried to steal my handicap scooter from the parking lot
