No hot water! Couldn’t shower..how are they washing sheets and dishes? Disgusting!

The room was decent and clean. They had a pretty good breakfast and value was okay.

When we checked in and got our keys they wouldn’t open the door. The keypad on the door was blinking red at all times. I went back down to front desk and they told me I wasn’t using the key correctly (it’s a basic hotel key) they gave suggestions and I went back up and tried again, surprise it didn’t work. I went back down and they told me again I wasn’t doing it right but they would re-magnetize it. I went back up again and it still wouldn’t work because there was clearly an issue with the door. I went BACK down again and the guy finally came up with me, used his key and got it open and left. The problem was our keys still wouldn’t work. My husband and I had to leave for dinner and when we got back our keys still didn’t work. My husband went down this time and they said we weren’t using the key right but made total new ones this time and they finally worked. It was a big hassle that could have been made a lot easier.

Water was cold when trying to shower on both days, super uncomfortable. Other than that not too bad

The staff definitely didnt want to be at work. I asked a about the pool when i checked it. It smelled of sewer horrible. Got down to the pool. It was disgusting. Had a film floating on top of it. And lots of dirt! And the hot tub was cold. The beds where so hard that my hip hurt to lay on my sides. And then we didn’t eat the breakfast because it was 14+ $$ person. Then we check out and tell them about it. And the guy was like its not working, they didnt tell you. Ha ha ha nope sure didn’t and i even asked.

The rooms were clean, and not to small....

For it being indoor pool, the water was freezing...even the hot tub wasnt even hot.. the jets barely worked or had any pressure. The beds were very firm-almost hard. Heater in the room didnt feel like it was doing the best it could.. there was no complimentary breakfast.

Got our first room, it smelled, the lines were dirty, refrigerator and lamps didn’t work. It was late and we were tired from traveling, but I called front desk and he switched us to a different room immediately. Next room was cleaner, everything worked and smelt a whole lot better!

Bed was comfortable.

Hot tub was luke warm and the tv had no variety of channels.

The indoor pool was freezing, and the jacuzzi was barely lukewarm. The walls were so thin that I could hear the cleaning crew vacuuming and working for hours. To make matters worse, I was told the chips at the front desk were $2, but my credit card was charged $3 for a small bag of Doritos — what a rip-off! I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

Was in town for a western Gala!
