Very clean hotel good hot water, front desk was friendly. They offer a buffet for $14 they have bar, easy access to shopping & dinning. About 10 minutes to midtown and about 15 minutes to downtown.

Lacking in customer service. Expect to wait at check in for an extended period. Wait at checkout. Do not expect customer service from anyone in authority there. There are far better options for hotels in OKC than this one.

We specifically asked if the spa was working and properly. We arrived to it being under maintenance. When it did open it did not function properly. It was cold and the jets barely worked. We were also suprised to be charged for breakfast. Most hiltons have complimentary breakfast.
