Quality Inn & Suites - Marlin

Room smells like cat piss, ice maker broken, tv broken, breakfast was a joke. Chairs in room were broken, mattress was worn out and lumpy, pillows were small and flat. They did not clean room " only saw 1 employee the whole time". The worst hotel I have stayed at.

The desk had finger print marks on it like grease stains

A few friends and I stayed here for a concert. Absolutely horrid. Expired foods in the vending machine. Smelt like pee. Dirty sheets. Fridge didn’t work. Shower head was absolutely trashed. 1 towel for 4 people. And the staff isn’t friendly. I would never ever stay here again. We contemplated spending 1800$ on a room in downtown Waco just so we didn’t have to sleep here for one night.

Clean facilities

Didn't have breakfast because it was served at 6:00am -8:30am alot of people missed it. We had a family reunion no one had breakfast.

Had to ask for a complete set of towels, went to Walmart and bought towels rooms were not cleaned the next day, tv didn't work after so long. Roaches! When bringing the issues to the attention of the front desk, there was an attitude.

The pool wasn’t set up or clean, the last day in the bathroom the rail in the shower broke off when I just helled on for a second. The cleaning stuff they use, have the room smelling a little funny. The lawn outside was cut.

Quiet, comfortable hotel near Riesel, which was important for us during this trip! The price of the room was good too!

There were construction workers at the hotel, so they cleaned out the breakfast foods before we had a chance to get down for breakfast.

My room was ready. I only had ti show my id and i wss handed my kèy.

The lobby feels like a sauna. Absolutely no airflow at all. We were sweating during out 2 minute check in. Our room smelled absolutely awful and the air conditioner did not work very well at all
