"Going downhill"

Shower no hot water. queen beds and pillows less comfortable than last time I was here. Towels very thin. Downstairs bathroom out of order. Breakfast: microwave your own omelet and sausage/biscuit.

It was hot in the lobby, the elevator and breakfast room. The continental breakfast was a joke. They had towels set up for two. No wash clothes.

Our room smelled musky, the carpet felt wet (3rd floor). Our sheet stunk and we requested clean sheets to change the bed oirself. When we did our matress pad was disgusting.
