Quality Inn & Suites - Marlin

It was Beautiful, Room was Great, Biggee than what we Amticipated. So Beautiful My Husband is renting room for whole week while working in Bremond Tx.

Stayed 5 mins room had bed bugs and was not clean will never use that hotel again.

It was decent. Staff is real friendly and helpful. Everythime we stay at this hotel we have to go back down to first floor and ask for wash cloths. They don't know what a wash cloth is. So it takes a while to get over to them what I want. So this time I just took my own wash cloths. The toilet seat was broken, not aware if they knew about it. My major complaint is the window. They have two shades which keep the light out but on each side and at the bottom of the window light shines through. Once I fall asleep I am not bothered but falling asleep takes awhile. The location is great. There is not much traffic . Parking is the best. It could stand a better cleaning. All in all it is decent. I probably will return. My husband likes to stay where they have morning breakfast. This hotel does have a breakfast but not my kind. I take boiled eggs as my breakfast.

No wash cloths. A little dirty. Light shining on sides of window.

I needed a quieter room, on the opposite side from the highway, so future visits will specify this. The facility is in poor condition but clean.

I left one day early but was charged for two nights anyway.

Conveniently located for needs.

Value has not been consistent with quality.

The rooms were dirty, not vacuumed, no linens. One sexually used linen in the tub. The sheets had a sex stain on them but was made. Bugs in one of the rooms. Called & talked to the owner & he has no shame in what I had to report. Disgusting!!! Crack heads roaming the halls!

Didn't eat breakfast there because the facility has dead roaches in the bathroom. Didn't want to eat breakfast there.

Cleaner room, missing pillow on the bed and no washcloths. Had to go downstairs to get some, but only 1, and the elevator was not working properly. Also the maid tried to enter our room to clean on our last morning before we checked out. They didn't even clean the day before! I tried to complain to the front desk, but he said they always start cleaning when people check out. But we hadn't checked out yet and they didn't knock on the door!
