Incredibly limited amenities. Cups in room not wrapped in plastic. 2 towels, no washcloths, pitiful breakfast.

This hotel is fast check in and the rooms are adequate neat and the parking area is outstanding with been well maintained and all the areas are lighted up

Booked a place through Hotels.com drove over four hours and the hotel is abandoned. It shut down no longer in service and I understand why the area was very very bad.

My husband and I booked this on our way home from a Texas A&M football game. The room/conditions were so bad we decided to ditch the room and continue our drive home. There were cockroaches (behind the coach) in the room, the bed was dirty and unmade, there were bed pillows on the floor, it was not vacuumed, etc.

The room was not properly cleaned. The previous occupant left hanging clothes that the cleaning staff did not remove. The bathroom had MOLD along the tub & the rail was very loose and also had MOLD.

The room I was first sent to was in shambles I have pictures. The room we finally got was filthy, no blankets no towels… and the staff had none to offer. The staff was rude and hard to understand! It was awful!

We stayed two nights and had to get the key cards re-keyed both nights. There were dead bugs in the room and a sign posted in public view at the front desk reminding employees to spray the rooms for roaches twice a week. The entire building appeared unkempt and there were unpleasant smells throughout the building- particularly in the breakfast area and elevators. Basic amenities were missing such as 4 pillows per bed and a trash can in the bath room.

Advertised food for breakfast. Not the case, there was cereal but no milk, bread but no butter or jelly. I tried to make waffles but it was out. I finally gave up and went to mcdonalds. Our shower had water damage and smelt really bad. I did not even stay for the final night.
