Location excellent. No breakfast. Being able to park car before checkin was.very appreciated.

More coffee pods would be.great. Two for.two people is a bit light. The upholstery needs redoing.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, if a little generic. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. When we arrived we were told that the restaurant was closed that evening, though room service was still available. As it was a group of us we decided to go out for dinner and find a local restaurant. For a 4 star hotel it’s a bit odd to have the restaurant closed of an evening.

Great room, great price, great service, friendly staff.

A generous breakfast was included - easy onsite parking for no extra costs - spacious bathroom however a relatively small shower. Very clean and excellent staff made it a comfortable stay.

Being located on the 1 st floor directly above the delivery access entry, looking at concrete rather than a city view - after commenting at reception I was told that the Hotel was 100% booked for the long weekend - that was a fair explanation as mine was a last-minute booking.

The breakfast was A La Carte so it was far better than a buffet as the meal was freshly prepared.

The bathroom had no toilet brush to clean the toilet and the tap in the wash basin was loose. I received an email notification from Booking.com to confirm the booking the day after I checked in.
